A 2013-2019 Capital Improvement Program has recently been completed. This Report to the Community provides a summary of the program and each of the projects.

Program Executive Summary - October 2019

Executive summary

The 2013 Capital Improvements Program (CIP) continues closeout operations on multiple sites. 

 

Central Campus Culinary construction and equipment installation efforts nearing completion.  West Houston Institute, Eastside Campus, Felix Fraga Campus, Northline Campus, and North Forest Campus projects are in the final stages of closeout.

 

The CIP Bond Team remains engaged to keep the Chancellor, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Facilities Officer current on all critical matters related to the CIP Bond Program.

What's Next

Remaining project closeout operations continue.  Anticipated 2013 Capital Improvements Program (CIP) completion December 2019.  Beginning January 1, 2020, remaining CIP activities and reporting requirements will be managed internally by HCC Construction and Facilities Department.
