- Goal Setting: Developed specific goals and objectives based on research insights.
- QEP Document Drafting: Began the creation of a comprehensive QEP document.
- Initial Pilot: Planned a pilot project in EDUC courses to test preliminary concepts.
Year 3 (2023-2024): Engagement and Evaluation
- Pilot Expansion: Implemented the MyHCC Pathway Platform in EDUC 1300 to test its effectiveness.
- Professional Development: Continued professional development for faculty and staff to align with QEP goals, focusing on using the MyHCC Pathway Platform.
- Early Feedback and Assessments: Conducted initial assessments of the pilot to collect feedback from students and faculty.
