HCC Career & Transfer Services hosts Hilton Panel & Info Session career day event

Houston Community College (HCC) Career and Transfer Services, in partnership with The Hilton’s Corporate Recruiters, recently hosted a career day where 114 students attended a panel discussion and information session filled with insights on internships, management programs and career growth.

The event held at the HCC Central Campus had the presence of representatives from Hilton who share information about their hospitality, culinary and corporate positions. There was a panel discussion led by employees from various departments at the Hilton. Students and alumni snacked on cookies provided by Double Tree by Hilton and refreshments as well.

Hilton has positions available in all their business units, and HCC Career and Transfer Services made it possible to share these opportunities with students and alumni who are majoring or have majored in hospitality, culinary arts and business programs.

Another goal of the event was to introduce Hilton’s Management Development Program (MDP) to students and alumni, highlighting that applications are now open.

We also encourage all students and alumni to log into their CareerHub accounts to make sure they are up to date with all HCC events.
