Houston Community College will host an Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics Bachelor of Applied Technology Commitment Day from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on March 27 at the HCC Southwest College's West Loop Campus Auditorium. During the event, current HCC students can formally commit to completing the bachelor’s degree program while prospective students can learn about and sign up for the college’s AI program.

Participants can connect with industry leaders, hear about the college’s pioneering AI programs and discover how AI can launch careers. They can also hear current students share their education journeys and receive guidance and support from Student Services advisors in enrollment, financial aid and other resources.

HCC is the first and only community college in the United States to have launched a bachelor’s degree in AI and Robotics, and the first in Texas to have started an associate degree in AI.
