Partial renovation to an active instruction facility for film programs, Allied Health and located on approximately 22.16 acres. Finish-out portions of Level 1, Level 3 and Level 4 of the previous Chevronbuilding at Westheimer and Hayes Roads to create a new Student Services Center, Allied Health, and Film Program Curriculum Center. The Project includes classrooms, art studios, a sound stage, dressing rooms, labs, post-production / foley stage, faculty and administrative offices and conference rooms.
