After earning my Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) from Saint Louis University, joined a national public accounting firm becoming a CPA and working on a wide variety of clients and projects for the next seven years.  Transitioned into the oil-field service industry beginning in 2000.  

With twenty-two years of management experience with Tenaris working in the oil-field service industry, offering a valuable grouping of cross-functional skills, specific to the unique needs of this industry. Developed numerous programs to support corporate goals and created lean yet effective operating conditions. Programs include creation and implementation of change management concepts to introduce "One Company Mentality" that merged best practices of corporate policies and cultures resulting in improved employee experience, customer service and systems.

Recognized by company leadership and peers as a smart, industrious, decisive and visionary leader. Managed Human Resources and Administration & Finance as a value-add working closely with the business.
