Project Executive with International Business Machines (IBM) Corporation who for the past ten plus years has curated strategic Public/Private Partnerships across the U.S. with Federal, State and Local government agencies; Institutions of High Education (IHE); Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs); Community Based Organizations (CBOs); and multiple industry employer partners to secure workforce economic development and training incentives that support IBM’s workforce enablement strategies. Led and was instrumental in the development and institutionalizing the IBM Information Technology Registered Apprenticeship program in the U.S. Stephen Dodd is a Certified PMP© and Certified Stanford University Advanced Project Manager. Prior to working for IBM Corporation, he was on active duty for 21 years with the U.S. Marine Corps, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. He is a graduate of the Naval Postgraduate School where he was awarded a Master of Science in Information Systems. He is also a recipient of the U.S. Legion of Merit. |
