HCC has served the Houston community for 50 years, with a proud heritage of diversity, inclusion, and of providing critical support and economic growth to our community. We believe in continuous learning and it is in that spirit that we never stop educating ourselves — to keep improving as an organization. It’s time to look hard at our organizational culture, or in simple terms “how we do things around here.” Some organizations and businesses have a “blame culture,” or a “fear culture,” for example.
