Do I need an official transcript?
Yes. However, you may submit an unofficial transcript to begin the advising process.
Is Financial Aid available at Houston Community College?
Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our Financial Aid Information Center at 713.718.8490. Our representatives are ready to explain your options Monday – Thursday from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Are classes still available?
Yes. Houston Community College offers a variety of class sessions throughout the year. Please check out our Academic Calendar to see which session is forthcoming.
What if I am a Veteran or dependent?
The Houston Community College District Office of Veterans Affairs has identified successful strategies for assisting Veterans and their dependents who have attended ITT Technical Institute. Our Office is staffed with academic advisors and certifying officials who are prepared to assist ITT students in every step of their HCC matriculation. Our College accepts ITT Technical Institute transfer hours. Most students are also using federal financial aid (which has been discharged by the United States Department of Education).
