Shaping the Next Generation of Cyber Leaders for the Department of Defense
The Virtual Institutes for Cyber and Electromagnetic Spectrum Research and Employ (VICEROY) program is dedicated to discovering and developing the future cybersecurity workforce for the Department of Defense (DoD). Aimed at rising college juniors, VICEROY equips students with the skills and experience needed for both civilian and commissioned roles in key national security agencies—including the NSA, CIA, and branches of the U.S. military such as the Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines, and Space Force.
Developing the Next Generation of Cybersecurity Leaders for the Department of Defense
The Virtual Institutes for Cyber and Electromagnetic Spectrum Research and Employ (VICEROY) program is committed to identifying and preparing the next wave of cybersecurity professionals for the Department of Defense (DoD). Designed for rising college juniors, VICEROY offers hands-on training and real-world experience to equip students for both civilian and military roles within critical national security organizations—including the NSA, CIA, and all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces: the Air Force, Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Space Force.
HCC is the gateway to an outstanding academic experience and a tremendous opportunity—commissioning in the Armed Forces of the United States: commissioning in the Army/Navy/Air Force through the ROTC Consortiums in the Houston metropolitan region.
