Professor Cathy Clay Featured in May Episode of "Innovation in Education"

Cathy Clay, English Faculty and Innovation Fellow, was featured in the latest installment of the HCCTV "Innovation in Education" series. The show highlights innovation at HCC and features a different theme each month. In May, the HCCTV team looked at how the college is addressing sustainability inside and outside the classroom.

For the past two years, Professor Clay has collaborated with West Houston Institute to create the "Inspired Garden" a native habitat on campus where students have the opportunity to learn about gardening and the importance of native species in sustaining the natural environment within the urban confines of the Houston metroplex.
